Saturday afternoon I accidentally got in my car and drove to the beach.

It was the best unexpected decision I've made in months...maybe even years.

Because this.

And this.

And this.

That girl in the green is my oldest friend, my first sister,

and even though y'all know I'm 42 I don't want to bust 

her out on her age...so I won't tell you we met way over 30 years ago.

Same goes for the beauty in blue.  I'm not saying we went to jr high and high school

together, except maybe we totally did.

If you get a chance at a weekend with your girls, take it.

If you get a chance at a weekend with your girls on the beach, call me.

I'll bring mine and we'll make it a party.
